移植物抗宿主?。╣raft-versus-host disease，GvHD）是造血干細胞移植廣泛應(yīng)用的一個主要并發(fā)癥，是由移植體內(nèi)的供體 T 細胞對受體組織的免疫攻擊引起。小鼠 GvHD 模型可以用于模擬同種異體骨髓移植后 GvHD 的臨床癥狀，以及研究 T 細胞調(diào)節(jié)、誘導(dǎo)耐受性和自身免疫性疾病。
疾病模型
將合適的供體骨髓和淋巴細胞移植到亞致死輻照劑量的 M-NSG 小鼠中，可以引起多種 GvHD 癥狀，包括多部位炎癥，明顯體重減輕和小鼠死亡。

Female M-NSG mice (n= 6, 6-8 weeks old) were irradiated with 1 Gy and then inoculated with 1×10^7 huPBMC cells to induce acute GvHD. After treatment with Abatacept, the survival rate of the mice significantly increased.
