多發(fā)性硬化疾病模型

疾病簡(jiǎn)介

多發(fā)性硬化（multiple sclerosis，MS）是一種中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)慢性自身免疫性疾病，主要攻擊大腦、脊髓和視神經(jīng)中的神經(jīng)髓鞘，導(dǎo)致神經(jīng)信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)受阻，引發(fā)多樣化癥狀，如肢體麻木、乏力、視力下降（如視神經(jīng)炎）、平衡障礙、認(rèn)知功能減退等，病情常呈緩解 -復(fù)發(fā)交替的 “波動(dòng)性” 進(jìn)程，部分患者最終可能發(fā)展為進(jìn)行性神經(jīng)功能殘疾。其病因與遺傳、環(huán)境（如病毒感染、維生素 D 缺乏）、免疫異常等多因素相關(guān)。

疾病模型

實(shí)驗(yàn)性自身免疫性腦脊髓炎（experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis，EAE）模型是探究多發(fā)性硬化癥的關(guān)鍵動(dòng)物模型。南模生物長(zhǎng)期致力于自身免疫性疾病相關(guān)研究，基于不同誘導(dǎo)方法建立了多種 EAE 小鼠模型，為相關(guān)藥物的藥效評(píng)估和安全性評(píng)價(jià)提供了強(qiáng)有力的工具。
