將IRES-CreERT2-pA插入到小鼠Prox1基因終止密碼子處。
Prox1編碼一個轉(zhuǎn)錄因子（prospero 相關(guān)同源框 1），這是淋巴管形成和維持所必需的。Prox1-CreERT2小鼠與含有l(wèi)oxP側(cè)翼序列的小鼠交配時，誘導后，Cre介導的重組將導致后代表達Cre的細胞中floxed序列的缺失。
應用領(lǐng)域：Cre工具鼠，淋巴管內(nèi)皮細胞等區(qū)域
